Nani remarked, “It seems the most significant event in Arshad Warsi’s public life just took place. You might be giving too much importance to a trivial issue there.”
Additionally, at the Saripodhaa Sanivaaram’s pre-release event, Dil Raju, another well-known producer, responded to Arshad Warsi’s remarks about Prabhas. He stated, “There are always many opinions expressed by people. In this particular case, it seems that Prabhas has garnered more attention due to the incident.”
If you haven’t heard about it yet, Bollywood actor Arshad Warsi found himself in a debate over his comments regarding Prabhas in the movie “Kalki 2898 AD,” which was directed by Nag Ashwin. During an interview on Samdish Bhatia’s talk show, Warsi was asked about films he didn’t enjoy, and he mentioned “Kalki 2898 AD” as one of them.
Despite praising Amitabh Bachchan’s performance as Ashwatthama, Arshad Warsi expressed disappointment with Prabhas and his acting, stating, “Prabhas, I feel genuinely disappointed. Why was he like a circus clown? Why? I wish to see Mad Max instead. I wish to see Mel Gibson there. What kind of film have you made it into? I can never fathom why they would do such things.”
The remarks made by Warsi against Rebel Star have evoked a great controversy and earned quite the flak, with earlier director Ajay Bhupathi also slamming him for his comment. Previously, Sudheer Babu had also reacted to this incident and shared a post on his social media. He slammed Arshad Warsi and said that Prabhas’ stature is too big for remarks from small minds.
On the professional side of things, actor Nani is getting ready for the premiere of his highly anticipated movie titled “Saripodhaa Sanivaaram”. This action-drama picture is set to debut in cinemas on August 29, 2024. The film is helmed by director Vivek Athreya and showcases Nani as a vigilante pitted against a corrupt police officer.
