Vidaamuyarchi: Makers of Ajith Kumar starrer unveil deets on 2nd single Pathikichu; track by Anirudh to drop on THIS date

The upcoming movie “Vidaamuyarchi,” starring Ajith Kumar, is set to hit theaters on February 6, 2025. With the release date fast approaching, the producers have revealed that the second single from the film, titled “Pathikuchi,” will be released soon.

On January 19, 2025, at 10:45 am, Anirudh Ravichander’s track will be available for streaming! The filmmakers have shared a fresh poster about it on their social media platforms.

Joining the poster showcasing AK, the creators have added the caption, “Prepare yourself for the next rhythm! Our second single titled ‘#PATHIKICHU’ from ‘VIDAAMUYARCHI’ will drop tomorrow at 10:45 AM.

In the upcoming song from Vidaamuyarchi, Anirudh and Yogi Sekhar will duet on the vocals, with Amogh Balaji handling the rap sections. The lyrics for this track were written by Vishnu Edavan, who has worked with Anirudh in movies such as Master, Leo, and Vettaiyan.

Previously, the creators of Vidaamuyarchi revealed a song from the film titled Sawadeeka. This energetic track blended Tamil folk rhythms with Mexican Mariachi, and was sung by Antony Dassan featuring AK and Trisha, who danced in rhythm to its tunes.

Moving on, the upcoming movie titled “Vidaamuyarchi,” featuring Ajith Kumar as the main character, has just released its trailer. This stylish action film revolves around the challenging journey of a married couple who are experiencing strain in their long-term relationship.

In an attempt to save their relationship, the wife is abducted by unknown individuals in Azerbaijan. It now falls upon her husband to uncover the identities of those responsible, confront any obstacles that arise with force if necessary, and persist until he locates his spouse.

Leading AK, the film showcases Trisha Krishnan in a principal role alongside a diverse cast of actors including Arjun Sarja, Regina Cassandra, and several others in secondary roles. Originally scheduled for release during Pongal, the movie’s debut was ultimately delayed due to undisclosed circumstances.
