Ajith Kumar is gearing up to surpass expectations yet again with his next film titled “Vidamuyaarchi.” Directed by Magizh Thirumeni, this film promises an uninhibited blend of romance, action, and suspense. The trailer has already ignited fans’ anticipation, and recently, the director shared some intriguing details about the movie.
In a recent conversation, filmmaker Magizh Thirumeni shared intriguing tidbits regarding the upcoming movie titled Vidamuyaarchi featuring actor Ajith Kumar.
In his discussion, he shared that he personally selected the character’s name, Arjun, since it aligned with the movie’s action-adventure and suspense theme.
For those unfamiliar, the name Arjun holds a unique significance in AK’s cinematic journey, as it was also the character name he portrayed in his first leading role in the film “Amaravathi,” which marked his entry into the film industry.
In the continuation of the interview, Magizh revealed the type of character Ajith portrays in the film. Judging from the trailer, it appears he takes on the role of a loving husband to Trisha Krishnan’s on-screen spouse. The character shows a willingness to go to great lengths when it comes to saving his wife who is abducted.
Considering AK’s convictions and perspectives, the director expressed, “Ajith sir is deeply concerned about societal events… He strongly opposes male superiority and negative sentiments towards women. As such, he intended to portray this in the film from a female perspective.
If you’re not familiar, Ajith Kumar has been making headlines recently due to his impressive racing skills. This talented actor, who shares a deep love for sports car racing, clinched first place in the Dubai 24H Series. The victory was achieved under his own team, Ajith Kumar Racing.
Simultaneously, the upcoming film titled Good Bad Ugly, directed by Adhik Ravichandran, is scheduled to hit theaters on April 10, 2025.
