Previously, Riot Games introduced their popular tactical shooter game, Valorant, to consoles. Now, the title is set to venture into a fresh gaming territory with the mobile version of Valorant. At present, this adaptation is being developed by LightSpeed Studios, the creators of PUBG Mobile. Initially, it will debut in China, followed by a broader rollout to additional nations.
As a passionate gamer, I’m pumped to share that I just learned about Riot Games’ announcement concerning Valorant Mobile! This exciting new venture is being spearheaded by LightSpeed Studios, a seasoned pro in the mobile gaming realm. They’re the genius minds behind hit games like PUBG Mobile, Final Fantasy 14 Mobile, and even Apex Legends Mobile. Not to mention, they’ve teamed up with Riot Games for the Chinese release of League of Legends: Wild Rift! Can’t wait to dive into this mobile Valorant experience!
Once Valorant Mobile becomes available, it’s expected to debut in China initially. Given that China is a significant market for mobile games and the homeland of Tencent, Valorant’s parent company, Riot Games aims to expand the reach of Valorant Mobile beyond China after its initial release there, with an ultimate goal of making it accessible to as many players globally as possible.
As a gaming enthusiast, I’ve been thoroughly impressed by the success mobile versions of shooter games have enjoyed lately, particularly PUBG Mobile and Call of Duty: Mobile. Now, I can’t wait to find out if Riot Games and LightSpeed Studios can replicate that magic with Valorant on mobile devices.
