For those not in the know, this adorable pair first crossed paths on the set of Bangalore Days and exchanged vows in 2014, in Thiruvananthapuram. Their love tale is nothing short of enchanting, but the way Aavesham’s star proposed to Nazriya adds an extra touch of magic to their story.

2021 saw Fahadh Faasil sharing an intimate account on his Facebook page about his relationship with his wife, Nazriya. He reminisced about their love story unfolding during the filming of Bangalore Days, where they portrayed a married couple on screen. Later in the post, he revealed that he proposed to her using a heartfelt letter and a ring.

Nazriya didn’t express agreement, and neither did she decline. During that period, Fahadh was handling three movies concurrently, making it challenging. Nevertheless, amidst his busy timetable, Fahadh was eager for the opportunity to work on Bangalore Days.

For seven years, memories of my time in Bangalore have brought me great joy. It was during those years that I fell deeply for Nazriya. I asked her out by writing a letter and included a ring as a symbol of my intentions. Though she didn’t immediately accept, she also didn’t reject me, leaving me with hope. I filmed Bangalore Days along with two other movies at the same time.
