V/H/S/Beyond Trailer Previews New Installment in Found Footage Franchise

As a die-hard horror fan with over two decades of chills and thrills under my belt, I can confidently say that the trailer for V/H/S/Beyond has sent shivers down my spine! The tantalizing glimpses of monstrous creatures lurking in airplanes and forests have me on the edge of my seat. With a roster of horror mainstays like Jordan Downey, Justin Martinez, Virat Pal, Kate Siegel, Christian Long, and Jay Cheel at the helm, this anthology is guaranteed to be a spine-tingling ride. The diverse stories, from Stork to Dream Girl, promise to deliver a sci-fi-inspired hellscape that will leave me screaming for more.


At last, Shudder unveiled the trailer for the upcoming found-footage horror anthology film titled “V/H/S/Beyond“. This chilling movie comprises six spine-tingling tales.

On October 4, 2024, you’ll find the seventh part of the V/H/S series, titled V/H/S/Beyond, streaming on a well-known horror platform near you.

What happens in the V/H/S/Beyond trailer?

The brief trailer offers just snippets from the six videos, but it provides a sneak peek into what’s coming up in the upcoming film. Expect to see terrifying creatures on airplanes and in forests. This project is helmed by horror veterans like Jordan Downey (The Head Hunter), Justin Martinez (Southbound), Virat Pal (Recapture), Kate Siegel (The Haunting of Hill House), Christian Long, and the renowned Justin Long (Jeepers Creepers). Additionally, Jay Cheel (How To Build a Time Machine) has a special role in it.

In V/H/S/Beyond, you’ll find a collection of stories. These include “Stork,” directed by Downey, “Fur Babies” by the Longs, “Live and Let Dive” from Martinez, “Dream Girl” by Viral Pat, and “Stowaway,” helmed by Siegel. Cheel concludes this anthology with a chilling tale.

For their individual sections, the directors collaborated with screenwriters Kevin Stewart, Ben Turner, Evan Dickson, and Mike Flanagan (of The Fall of the House of Usher fame).

As a diehard gamer, I can’t wait to dive into “V/H/S/BEYOND,” the latest chapter in the V/H/S universe! This seventh installment promises six spine-chilling tapes that will transport me straight into a terrifying sci-fi landscape. Horror has never felt so futuristic!

The first film titled V/H/S was launched in 2012, followed by six sequels: V/H/S/2 (2013), V/H/S: Viral (2014), V/H/S/94 (2021), V/H/S/99 (2022), and V/H/S/85 (2023). The latest addition to the franchise is V/H/S/Beyond. Additionally, there are two spin-offs: SiREN from 2016 and Kids vs. Aliens in 2022.
