What happens in the Until Dawn alternate scene?

In the latest sequence, Megan, played by Ji-young Yoo, and Max, portrayed by Michael Cimino, are seen traversing a forest, in pursuit of Clover, as depicted by Ella Rubin. Upon noticing a sound, they halt, only to find themselves staring directly at a beast resembling a werewolf.

After jogging for a moment, I stumble and crash onto a sheet of glass lying on the ground. Somehow, I manage to break through it and find myself in an underground hideout-like space. Excitingly, Until Dawn is now available digitally, and it hits 4K and Blu-ray shelves on July 8th.

A year following her sister Melanie’s enigmatic disappearance, Clover and her companions venture into a secluded valley where she vanished, seeking answers.
