However, this update also introduced a change that has frustrated long-term players. Embark acknowledges this issue wasn’t meant to happen and is helping players fix it, having revealed the solution.
How to fix The Finals “annoying” controller change
In The Finals update 5.10.0, Embark delivered the following changes to the controller layout:
After making this update, Embark Oscar explained on Discord that they inadvertently modified the present arrangement for all controller-using players. However, it was intended to establish a fresh default layout solely for newly controller-wielding players.
