The couple is overjoyed in Monaco, making their trip a romantic blend of business and pleasure. However, things might take a turn as we approach a potential cooling-off period.

In an interview with Soap Opera Digest, Thorsten Kaye discussed Ridge’s allegiance to Brooke and his desire for her triumph. He noted, however, that victories often bring additional duties, which might necessitate certain changes.

When someone is successful [like Ridge is], and then all of a sudden your wife becomes successful and she needs you to watch the kids, or she needs to you to go to the store or pick up the dry cleaning, it changes the dynamic. So even though it’s something you want for somebody, you’ve got to be prepared for the change that comes with that.

Typically, such a statement can be accepted as it stands. However, the soap opera “The Bold and the Beautiful” has been hinting at an unexpected turn in the Monaco storyline, which seems to involve a mysterious woman. She debuted on Monday, but her face is still unseen. Interestingly, there was a line in last week’s promo suggesting that Ridge believes she is his true love, Brooke.

As someone with years of experience observing relationships, I can’t help but notice the tension between Bridge and Brooke. Their long engagement, coupled with the recent upheaval in their relationship, has me wondering if their bond will hold. The fact that Brooke is currently in the spotlight while Bridge appears to be taking a backseat could potentially lead to feelings of resentment and discontent on his part.
