Recently, the social media account belonging to Trisha Krishnan (previously known as Twitter) was taken over by fraudsters. A fake tweet, which has since been removed, stated that the actress was introducing her personal cryptocurrency line, but this claim is unverified.

In a social media post showcasing an image of the actress, fraudsters shared, “I have just launched my new digital currency named $KRISHNAN.” They accompanied this message with a link claiming it to be the actual cryptocurrency.

Nevertheless, Trisha Krishnan acted promptly, revealing on her Instagram page that her Twitter account had been compromised. In a story update on Instagram, the actress explained this situation.

“My Twitter is hacked, guys. Whatever is posted is not from me until rectified. Thanks.”
