In September 2024, the animated prequel film “Transformers One” hit American movie theaters. Directed by Josh Cooley, it’s an adaptation of Hasbro’s Transformers toy series. The star-studded voice cast includes Chris Hemsworth as Orion Pax/Optimus Prime, Brian Tyree Henry as D-16/Megatron, Scarlett Johansson as Elita-1, and Keegan-Michael Key as B-127/Bumblebee.
When is Transformers One’s Paramount+ Streaming Release Date?
Starting on Friday, November 15, 2024, Transformers One will be streamable in the U.S. and Canada on Paramount+. Details regarding its availability in other regions and nations will be shared at a future time.
As a dedicated fan, I can’t wait to delve into an uncharted tale – “My story” that reveals the heart-wrenching friendship between Optimus Prime and Megatron, two powerful figures initially bound as close as brothers, who ultimately shaped the destiny of Cybertron.
Eric Pearson, Andrew Barrer, and Gabriel Ferrari penned the script for the pioneering computer-generated animated Transformers film, with a story concept by Barrer and Ferrari. The talented voice actors joining the cast include Steve Buscemi portraying Starscream, Laurence Fishburne as Alpha Trion, Jon Hamm as Sentinel Prime, Vanessa Liguori as Airachnid, Jon Bailey as Soundwave, Jason Konopisos-Alvarez as Shockwave, Evan Michael Lee as Jaz, James Remar as Zeta Prime, and Isaac C. Singleton Jr. as Darkwing.

The first Transformers film garnered favorable feedback from both critics and audiences, earning a 89% positive rating from Rotten Tomatoes and an ‘A’ grade from CinemaScore. This blockbuster movie brought in approximately $128.8 million at the worldwide box office.
