42-year-old Dave Shapiro, who worked as a talent agent and co-founder of Sound Talent Group (STG), was one of those who tragically lost their life in the accident, according to Associated Press. It’s been reported that two other employees from STG were also among the victims of this crash.

As a gamer speaking for myself, I, Larry Williams, shared with TMZ that my heart-wrenching suspicion is that my son, Daniel, was on board the doomed plane. Regrettably, there were no reported survivors according to the news. Yet, we, his family, hold onto hope, waiting for the authorities to officially confirm our worst fears.

Before the unfortunate incident, I, Daniel Williams, posted three snippets on my Instagram stories. One of them read, “Hey, hey, you, look at me… I’ve taken the pilot’s seat now.

According to TMZ’s report, Larry Williams stated that his son was merely playing around in the Instagram post and doesn’t have a pilot’s license. A week prior to his passing, Daniel announced on X (previously known as Twitter) that he had secured a software engineering position at Apple.

Initially, the San Diego Police Department disclosed through X that eight individuals sustained injuries and approximately ten buildings got damaged as a result of the collision. This incident necessitated the evacuation of around 100 people.

Later, the police department and San Diego Fire-Rescue Service shared a joint statement about incident X. In this release, they reported two deaths but clarified that the exact number of casualties was still under assessment.

Additionally, they pointed out that two individuals received treatment for minor wounds at the site itself and left afterwards. Six others required medical care, but they were not passengers of the plane.
