As a dedicated gamer and avid TV fan, I can’t help but be thrilled by the latest news coming out of CBS. The anticipation for the return of my favorite shows is always high, especially during the fall season when new and returning series grace our screens. But the excitement level just went through the roof with the announcement that “Tracker,” starring Justin Hartley, will now premiere two weeks earlier than originally planned!
Summer is at its peak, but autumn is creeping up on us day by day. This means that Fall TV is starting to become a topic of conversation for many, especially since our favorite scripted shows are set to come back on air. CBS initially announced that most of their programs would be releasing new seasons or debuting in October, with some big shows saved for the end of the month. However, an exciting change has been made to this schedule that is sure to please fans of “Tracker”.
As a devoted fan of that mega-hit drama, I can’t help but feel a pang of disappointment when I hear that the season 2 premiere won’t be airing on October 27th as initially announced. Having followed Colter Shaw’s gripping storyline during its freshman run, I’ve grown deeply invested in his life and the mysteries surrounding his past.
I’m thrilled to announce that “Tracker” is coming back a fortnight sooner than anticipated, with its scheduled return on Sunday, Oct. 13 at 8 p.m. ET. This early comeback is fantastic news for fans like me! However, it seems we’ll have to adjust to new airing times for the show until Nov. 2. Similarly, “The Equalizer” is making an earlier-than-planned debut with its season 5 premiere now set for Oct. 20 at 9:30 p.m., and will encounter the same scheduling changes.

Most likely, both shows will adjust to their fixed spots on CBS in November. However, Tracker‘s debut dates come earlier, making it the opening act for CBS’ premiere week. With Jensen Ackles and Melissa Roxburgh confirmed to rejoin the cast, there is already significant excitement surrounding the show’s second season. The anticipation is particularly high due to hints that Ackles’ character will feature in multiple episodes as part of a captivating multi-episode arc.
