As a devoted fan of Tower of God, I am beyond excited for the upcoming episode 3 of season 2! The latest tweet from the anime’s official account has only fueled my anticipation further, revealing that Viole will face off against Proctor Love – a formidable opponent with an intense hatred for FUG.
In the upcoming episode 3 of Tower of God season 2, I, as an avid fan, am eagerly anticipating Viole’s next move after his surprising choice in the last installment. This time around, he’ll face off against Proctor Love, a formidable adversary with a profound animosity towards FUG. The episode might also reveal the reasons behind Proctor Love’s intense dislike for our beloved FUG members.
In the Tower of God series, I’m the one with the real clout around here. (I am the strongest judge in this place.)

Tower of God season 2 episode 2 recap
At the beginning of the episode, we go back in time with a flashback showing Bam and Rachel’s dialogue just prior to their entrance into the tower. Simultaneously, Bam and the other candidates are gathered together, growing restless as they anticipate the arrival of others. Suddenly, Miseng distributes chocolates among everyone, even giving one to Viole. The surprised expressions on the faces of the other test-takers and Wangnan reveal their shock upon recognizing Yihwa and the loan shark in their midst.
Proctor Love enters and clarifies that the test aims to assess each contestant’s personal capabilities. Ultimately, only the best nine performers will progress. Initially, Wangnan initiates the test but finishes near the bottom. In contrast, Leon and Yihwa secure the top two spots. Shortly after, Viole joins the competition and effortlessly takes the lead, demonstrating a significant advantage over the others. Love then discloses that since Viole is in first place, he has the power to pick the remaining candidates. Desperate to move forward, Wangnan implores Love for his favor.
Despite this, Viole decides against accepting any of their offers. He unveils his true identity as a contender for the FUG Slayer, tasked with opposing Jahad and the Ten Families. However, Love proposes they engage in battle instead. If Love emerges victorious, Viole would be subject to their rules. Conversely, if Viole wins, he could continue alone. The episode concludes with the proctor informing the floor administrator that they will eliminate Viole.
