Tovino Thomas is ready to star as the main character in his eagerly anticipated movie called Ajayante Randam Moshanam (ARM), which is scheduled to hit theaters on September 12, 2024. At a recent press event for the film’s premiere, the actor became visibly emotional and teary-eyed while discussing the challenging production process they endured during filming.

At the press conference, the actor expressed, “There are so many people I can’t thank enough for their significant roles in making this film. Along the way, we encountered numerous challenges that seem laughable now, but at the time were quite challenging. We’ve cried together, argued, and shared moments of joy…” (paraphrased from Malayalam)

For over six years, the movie titled Ajayante Randam Moshanam (ARM) has been under development. This film, penned and helmed by first-time director Jithin Laal, is an action-packed, adventure story that unfolds in a world steeped in mystery and folklore.

The story unfolds across three distinct time periods and follows the lives of three characters from the same family line, each with their unique destinies to complete. This film is based in Northern Kerala, where Tovino Thomas portrays a triple role – Maniyan, Kunjikelu, and Ajayan.

In the village of Haripuram within the realms of Chothi Kaavu, they’ve been tasked with guarding and preserving a legendary treasure that is believed to have originated from a celestial body. The movie’s teaser offers a blend of mystical and fantastical themes.

The film features Tovino Thomas as the main character, alongside a talented group of actors including Krithi Shetty, Surabhi Lakshmi, Aishwarya Rajesh, Basil Joseph, Jagadish, Kabir Duhan Singh, Pramod Shetty, Sanju Sivram, Santhosh Keezhattoor, Anson Paul, Rohini, Harish Uthaman, and several others in key roles.

Moving onto Tovino Thomas’s professional sphere, he’s set to return as Jatin Ramdas in the upcoming sequel L2: Empuraan, alongside Mohanlal and directed by Prithviraj Sukumaran.
