Tom Hardy Wreaks ‘Havoc’ in New High-Octane Netflix Action Film Teaser

Tom Hardy is set to star in Netflix’s upcoming action film titled Havoc.

Under the guidance of director Gareth Evans, Tom Hardy portrays a hard-boiled detective navigating gritty urban landscapes as he battles various criminal elements. Accompanying him on this perilous journey are Jessie Mei Li, Justin Cornwell, Quelin Sepulveda, Luis Guzmán, Michelle Waterson, Sunny Pang, Jim Caesar, Xelia Mendes-Jones, Yeo Yann Yann, Timothy Olyphant, and Forest Whitaker. The film’s synopsis reveals that the detective, known as Walker (played by Tom Hardy), is a battle-scarred figure trying to keep his city from being overrun by crime. Following a botched drug deal, Walker finds himself pursued by several factions – a vindictive criminal organization, a corrupt politician, and even his fellow police officers. As he endeavors to rescue the estranged son of the politician, whose involvement in the drug deal begins to uncover layers of corruption and conspiracy, he is compelled to confront the ghosts of his past.

In this movie, we’ve got two action powerhouses, Hardy and Evans, who have left their marks in the genre. Known for his performances in films such as Legend, Lawless, and the Venom series, Hardy also brings his talent to the table.
