In simpler terms, they posted the first song from the movie, which is also known as the “Thugsweddinganthem” and is part of the “Thuglife” series starting from June 5th. The film is a collaboration between Kamal Haasan, Silambarasan TR, Mani Ratnam, and AR Rahman. The lyrics for this song were penned by Kamal Haasan himself.

Moving on to the topic of Thug Life, aside from Kamal Haasan and Silambarasan TR, notable actors such as Trisha Krishnan, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Ashok Selvan, Joju George, Abhirami, Nassar, Mahesh Manjrekar, Pankaj Tripathi, Sanya Malhotra, and others will take on significant roles in this production.

In this movie, Mani Ratnam takes sole responsibility for shaping the plot and overall flow. The music in Thug Life is expected to be inspiring, a testament to the exceptional skills of its musician, AR Rahman.

At a recent press conference for the movie, Kamal Haasan shared that the initial concept behind Thug Life was actually his own. He disclosed this idea as something he and Mani Ratnam had talked about years ago among many others they’d discussed.

According to what he shared, we talked about numerous tales. Mani Ratnam mentioned to me that he appreciated one of my earlier screenplays, to which I replied that he was welcome to use it. He merely found inspiration from that script and chose to develop it in his unique way.

In addition to Kamal Haasan, this movie is creating quite a buzz because it brings together actors Silambarasan TR and Trisha Krishnan again, who last worked together in the successful film “Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa” previously.
