Zenith recently unveiled a fresh version of its Chronomaster Original Triple Calendar, which now boasts an 18-karat rose gold casing and a striking black dial. This model was first showcased during LVMH Watch Week 2024, and it’s interesting to note that until now, it had only been produced in stainless steel. This is the first time it has been transformed into a rose gold piece. The design draws inspiration from Zenith’s 1969 A386 timepiece but has been updated to cater to contemporary wearers.

This revised model emphasizes a sleek color scheme that combines rose gold, black, and white details. It maintains its timeless features such as a raised box sapphire crystal, elegantly tapered lugs, and push-button mechanisms designed for ease of use. The El Primero three-register chronograph works harmoniously with the complete calendar display and rose gold moon phase feature. The day and month are placed symmetrically at 11 o’clock and 2 o’clock, while the date is positioned at 4:30.

The moon phase feature is tastefully integrated within the 60-minute chronograph sub-dial positioned at 6 o’clock, providing a harmonious and clearly readable watch face. For better visibility in dim light conditions, SuperLuminova SLN C1 has been applied to the rose gold-toned hands and hour markers.

Equipped with the innovative El Primero 3610 caliber, this watch boasts an impressive 36,000 vibrations per hour and a robust 60-hour power reserve, just like its siblings. The timepiece showcases the intricacies of its movement through a transparent sapphire crystal caseback, much like a window to its inner workings.
