American Multicast Network (AMC) has formally unveiled the scheduled debut for the second season of “The Walking Dead: Dead City,” and they’ve given us a sneak peek of the opening sequence from the upcoming season as well.

Dead City is scheduled to air on May 4, 2025, at 9:00 PM Eastern Time, simultaneously on AMC and AMC+.
Simultaneously with the announcement of its premiere date, AMC unveiled a sneak peek into the initial scenes of their upcoming series. These opening moments suggest that New York City inhabitants are using the city’s undead populace as an unusual energy source.
