Amazon’s Prime Video has unveiled the launch date for the eagerly awaited prequel series “The Terminal List: Dark Wolf“, accompanied by exclusive images featuring the esteemed cast, who will bring this highly anticipated production to life.
In simple terms, the prequel series was jointly developed by David DiGilio, who created “The Terminal List” Season 1, and Jack Carr, a renowned author whose works have topped The New York Times bestseller list. Interestingly, Jack Carr is the creative force behind the gripping novel “The Terminal List,” which serves as the basis for the show with the same title.
Dark Wolf” is a series that serves as an “origin story,” taking viewers on a journey through the transition of Ben Edwards from the Navy SEALs to the covert operations sector of the CIA. This gripping spy drama delves into the grim realities and hidden costs of warfare, focusing particularly on the human toll it takes.
When is the release date for The Terminal List: Dark Wolf?
I’m thrilled to share that as a fan, I can’t wait for the premiere of Dark Wolf! The series kicks off with its initial three episodes on Wednesday, August 27. Each subsequent episode will be unveiled weekly, leading up to the finale on Wednesday, September 24.
The highly anticipated action-drama sequel is set to air approximately three years following the premiere of its first season on the platform in 2022, which was subsequently renewed for a second season in 2023.

In the series “The Terminal List,” Taylor Kitsch once again takes on his character Ben Edwards, with Chris Pratt reprising his role as James Reece. The cast also includes Tom Hopper as Raife Haistings, Robert Wisdom as Jed Haverford, Luke Hemsworth as Jules Landry, Dar Salim as Mohammed Farooq, Rona-Lee Shimon as Eliza Perash, Shiraz Tzarfati as Tal Varon, and Jared Shaw as Ernest ‘Boozer’ Vickers, among other stars.
The show is overseen by Kitsch, joined by Pratt, DiGilio, Carr, Antoine Fuqua, Kat Samick, and more in executive production. It originates from Amazon MGM Studios for production.
