The Row *Very Quietly* Launches Its First Homeware Collection in Milan

At the 2025 Milan Design Week, The Row unexpectedly graced the event, premiering their line of soft goods at Palazzo Belgioioso in the Fashion Quarter. In keeping with their distinctive aesthetic, they presented their collection in a low-key manner, displaying high-quality woolen throws and bedding pieces.

As a gamer, I can’t help but brag about these exquisite cashmere treasures woven in India, where every thread seems to tell its own story. One collection flaunts a harmonious blend of beige, tan, and deep black hues, each blanket handwoven with the utmost care from the world’s finest cashmere.

On the other side of the globe, there’s a Quilted bedding set, also in cashmere, meticulously hand-stitched using tiny squares. Fashion bible Vogue has given its nod to this collection, revealing that the cashmere used is harvested from young goats, with each fiber measuring less than 14.5 microns in thickness.

The only hint of the brand can be found subtly embroidered onto a corner of these luxurious blankets, where miniature logos proudly wave their presence.

Known for keeping secrets about its activities, the mysterious brand tends to work slowly on its projects, which makes its appearance at the most prestigious global design event quite unexpected, as it’s not typically part of such a fast-paced strategy. Despite having no official Instagram account or heavy marketing campaigns, fashion designers Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen have successfully established their luxury label The Row among the top names in new luxury, thanks to their focus on premium craftsmanship and subtle sophistication.

Despite having a limited selection, this mirrors the Olsens’ unique approach, eschewing aggressive marketing strategies and overcrowding by focusing on intricate details. The exhibition showcased furniture from Maison Baguès and Julian Schnabel, but it remains uncertain if The Row will venture into case goods in the future. One can only anticipate that The Row’s participation at Milan Design Week could be a sign of things to come, hinting at the development of a broader home collection.
