A sneak peek at The Righteous Gemstones’ fourth and concluding season on HBO has now been shared!
As a devoted fan, I was bummed to learn that the fourth season of “The Righteous Gemstones” will be its last. This wildly entertaining show, dreamt up by Danny McBride, premiered back in August 2019. It’s been a blast following Jesse Gemstone (played by McBride himself), Kelvin Gemstone (Adam DeVine), and Judy Gemstone (Edi Patterson) on their hilarious, gem-studded journey. But now, it seems our time together is drawing to a close.

When is the release date for The Righteous Gemstones Season 4?
In the year 2025, beginning on a Sunday, March 9th, The Righteous Gemstones returns with its fourth season on both HBO and Max. This season comprises a total of nine captivating episodes.
The Righteous Gemstones follows a renowned televangelist clan known for their mix of waywardness, materialism, and philanthropy. Despite frequent squabbles among them, the bonds between the Gemstone family members are strong. In this new season, they’re faced with a challenge as they strive to progress while still holding onto their rich history, which is deeply entwined in their past.
In addition to McBride, Devine, and Patterson, the main cast of The Righteous Gemstones Season 4 includes John Goodman portraying Eli Gemstone, Cassidy Freeman as Amber Gemstone, Tim Baltz as BJ, Tony Cavalero as Keefe Chambers, Greg Alan Williams as Martin Imari, Skyler Gisondo as Gideon Gemstone, Walton Goggins as Baby Billy Freeman, Jennifer Nettles as Aimee-Leigh Gemstone, James DuMont as Chad, Jody Hill as Levi, Troy Hogan as Matthew, Valyn Hall as Tiffany Freeman, Kelton DuMont as Pontius Gemstone, Gavin Munn as Abraham Gemstone, Megan Mullally as Lori Milsap, Arden Myrin as Jana Milsap, and Seann William Scott as Corey Milsap.
Apart from acting in and producing The Righteous Gemstones, McBride also takes on the roles of writer, director, and executive producer. Jody Hill, David Gordon Green, and Jonathan Watson are fellow directors and executive producers, while John Carcieri, Jeff Fradley, and Brandon James hold additional positions as executive producers. David Brightbill serves as a regular producer, and Patterson, Kevin Barnett, and Chris Pappas function as consulting producers on this show.
