As a long-time viewer of “The Bold and the Beautiful“, I can’t help but feel a sense of unease as Poppy finds herself in hot water once again. The plot twists and turns are reminiscent of a rollercoaster ride, leaving us on the edge of our seats!

In the coming week of Aug 12, it seems that some past secrets may unravel for Poppy on “The Bold and the Beautiful.” Luna needs to be cautious about what information she shares with her boyfriend RJ, as he’s the one who disclosed sensitive details like the location of Tom’s backpack found in the Nozawas’ home, which later caused trouble. Moreover, he told his aunt that Poppy saw Tom on the night he passed away, leading Katie to seek help from Bill. Before this, she even contacted Chief Baker, potentially stirring up more drama.

She shared with him some intriguing evidence she claimed to have found, even though up until now, we’ve mainly heard Katie’s theories about what transpired. However, in next week’s soap preview, Baker goes to the Spencer mansion accompanied by an officer, carrying Tom’s backpack and a mint tin enclosed in an evidence bag. So, one wonders where that came from.

Agitated and undoubtedly shaken, Poppy loudly proclaimed her innocence as this fresh clue in the case would likely lead to her being escorted to the city hall. However, we’re aware that the individual who murdered Tom didn’t administer pills; instead, they added an overabundance of some sort of powder to his drink. The murder weapon was also used to take Hollis’ life. The quantity of narcotics employed in the crime is beyond what could be contained in a small mint tin.

It seems clear that the LAPD obtained a search warrant for the Nozawas’ apartment, following what Katie disclosed. However, just because they did, it doesn’t automatically imply that Poppy still had illegal substances on her at this point. After the incident involving Zende and Luna, who she mistakenly believed was RJ during an intimate moment, Poppy stopped using her mints, which were suspected to contain drugs.

It’s conceivable that someone might fabricate proof. The scenario is plausible, yet it doesn’t necessarily implicate Katie, despite her eagerness to rid Bill of Poppy and her conviction about Poppy’s potential danger to him. However, she lacks the means to verify if Poppy indeed killed Tom. There are sufficient indirect indications that warrant questioning Poppy, while forensic tests determine whether the drugs discovered in the apartment correspond to the substance that claimed Hollis and Tom’s lives.

In Katie’s belief, arresting Poppy for the murders seems like a justified action, even if it involves questionable methods. However, the issue lies in Katie potentially fabricating evidence against Poppy. This could be problematic as she isn’t aware of the specific drugs Poppy might have used. If she did know, she would likely understand that those drugs were meant for recreation rather than harmful substances.

Considering all the events unfolded until now, there appears to be no solid reason for Poppy to have murdered these men. She maintains the authenticity of the paternity test findings and, while Tom’s insistence on revealing their past to Luna might have caused tension, it wouldn’t suffice as a trigger for murder. Moreover, it seems implausible that she would eliminate Hollis merely to conceal her actions.

If Katie manipulated evidence to make it seem like Poppy was the Il Giardino Killer, but her plan fails and Bill discovers this, it could seriously harm Katie. Bill enjoys complex schemes, but only when he’s the one causing chaos without affecting his family. Since Katie is disturbing the peace in their home at a time when Wyatt is already struggling, it might cause Bill to react angrily.
