After the conclusion of Pokemon Day, Honda and The Pokemon Company still had a unique surprise up their sleeves this week. They collaborated on an exclusive motorcycle designed to mimic the appearance of Koraidon, the star monster from Pokemon Scarlet. This special motorbike will be showcased at exhibitions in Japan, with Aoyama being the first stop this week.
This week, Honda and The Pokemon Company revealed their joint project – a life-sized model of Koraidon, showcased in an event page by Honda. Despite not being functional, this concept represents the expected size and weight of the actual Koraidon. Created for Pokemon Day celebrations (celebrated since the Pokemon Presents on February 27, 2025), it will be displayed from March 7 to March 9 at Honda Welcome Plaza Aoyama in Tokyo, Japan. The future of this concept is uncertain, but there’s a possibility it might move to one of the nearby Pokemon Center stores once exhibitions are over.
Koraidon is one member of the two-person team that graced the cover for the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet series of games. Although these games received both positive and negative feedback, Koraidon and its futuristic counterpart Miraidon remained engaging and enjoyable elements. You can ride them across the game world, and as they grow stronger, they help you explore new locations.
