Christopher Nolan’s future movie, titled The Odyssey, has already arranged IMAX 70mm screenings for it a year ahead of its release date in July 2026. This film is an adaptation of Homer’s famous poem by the same name and features a star-studded cast led by Matt Damon, Tom Holland, Robert Pattinson, Zendaya, Anne Hathaway, and Charlize Theron, among other notable actors.

Listings for 70mm IMAX showings of Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey are now available at Cinemark theaters in Dallas and Harkins theaters in Arizona.
Nolan Archive posted on X (previously Twitter) that “Showtimes for THE ODYSSEY in IMAX 70mm format have been revealed for next year at Harkins IMAX in Arizona and Cinemark IMAX in Dallas. Already, some IMAX 70mm screenings for THE ODYSSEY have been arranged at various theaters, as much as a year ahead of time. We can expect more IMAX 70mm locations to be announced soon.
Next year, showtimes for “THE ODYSSEY” in IMAX 70mm format will be available at Harkins IMAX in Arizona and Cinemark IMAX in Dallas. In fact, some theaters have already set aside IMAX 70mm slots for this film, as much as a year ahead of time. Other IMAX 70mm locations are anticipated to follow soon.

At present, the schedule for the movie at Harkins Theaters Arizona Mills indicates that it will be screened at 7:00 PM.
It’s rare for movie release dates to be announced this far ahead of time. Tickets for the upcoming Christopher Nolan film won’t be available for pre-sale until several months from now. As of yet, neither the producers nor distributors of The Odyssey have made any official comments regarding these listings.
