In the opening scene, Mira attempts to glean details about the magical girl through her photographs. Yet, this plan is disrupted as one of his underlings enters with tea as a surprise. The following day, they encounter each other again, and Mira offers her a cake. Perplexed, he inquires why she hasn’t transformed yet, given their longstanding enmity.
After being with him, she undergoes a change that leaves the lieutenant feeling uncomfortable. Surprised, he queries how many roles she is currently filling, only to be taken aback by her reply. Observant, she spots a tear in his uniform and proposes mending it for him. Initially hesitant, he eventually concedes, allowing her to assist him.
At his headquarters, his underlings are taken aback by the floral embroidery on his jacket. The next day, he launches an assault on the city using slimes, sparking widespread terror. One of these creatures seizes the magical girl and consumes her garments. But Mira intervenes in the nick of time to eliminate it. As they make their way back to her home, he learns her true name. The installment concludes with her companion questioning her upon their arrival.
