The second part of Season 2 for The First Descendant has arrived! This brings you update 1.2.4, which introduces Ines Raya and a variety of fresh skins. Unfortunately, the server maintenance period has been extended unexpectedly due to a critical issue, for which we apologize. As a gesture of goodwill towards our fans, Nexon is providing free rewards to players of The First Descendant.

Regarding update 1.2.4, Nexon has made an announcement that they’ve extended the maintenance downtime. Consequently, Ines Raya will be released at 10AM Pacific Time, 1PM Eastern Time, and 6PM Greenwich Mean Time on January 16th.
Regarding the reason for the extension of maintenance, Nexon has discovered a “major problem”. Unfortunately, they haven’t provided more details, but it appears that it would be wiser for them to postpone the release of version 1.2.4 to ensure it is free from bugs rather than releasing an inferior product.
I’m sorry to keep you waiting, fellow gamers, but Nexon had to extend the maintenance due to unforeseen circumstances. This has undeniably caused a hiccup in our in-game event participation after the update. To make it up to you, we’re giving out some free rewards as a token of our appreciation for your patience:
