In June, we can anticipate the release of Season 3 for The First Descendant. Notably, this is also when support for the game on PS4 and Xbox One will conclude. Previously, the developers have hinted at a popular character getting a “bikini skin” due to two significant reasons. Additionally, Nexon has announced that details about Season 3 will be shared during a PAX EAST presentation. Although the PAX EAST live stream is approaching, Nexon has recently given a sneak peek at a significant upcoming feature for The First Descendant before the Season 3 update.

During the Q&A session on The First Descendant’s Discord platform, someone inquired whether any content was currently being created to foster player interaction.
Jooms disclosed that Nexon plans to roll out a Party Finder feature as part of their May 22 update. This feature will enable players to specify their preferred tags and search for teammates, with the system suggesting compatible players based on shared tags. The purpose of this tool is to assist those who prefer playing in groups by simplifying the process of finding teammates through customizable settings.
In addition to the previous details, Jooms shared two snapshots of the under-construction system. Keep in mind that these images come from a preliminary version, and some English translations have yet to be added.
In a different communication, the director explained that within the Party Finder settings, you can customize options such as language, location, and internet connection speed.
Not only is the upcoming feature exciting, but there’s more great news coming in May! As Jooms has confirmed, we can expect the Season 2 Episode 2 Abyss colossus update on May 22nd. Additionally, jiggle physics are set to be released in May as well.
