As a seasoned gamer with countless hours poured into The Finals, I must say that the Season 4 ranked rewards fiasco has been quite the roller coaster ride! Initially, I was thrilled about the prospect of some shiny new loot for my Emerald status, but alas, it seems I was too hasty in my excitement.
In simpler terms, we’ve been enjoying The Finals Season 4 a lot, but we’re now nearing the halfway mark, which means Season 5 is not far off. At the conclusion of Season 4, players will be granted rewards contingent upon their rank. However, following an error in the initial announcement made on social media, Embark has decided to alter the ranked rewards for Season 4.
Just announced are the update 4.8.0 patch notes from Embark, which include numerous fixes and adjustments to gameplay, modes, maps, and other aspects. Unfortunately, specifics about Season 5 haven’t been disclosed yet. However, in previous communications, Embark has hinted at a new feature for S5, and they’ve also requested community input on the upcoming battle pass.
The fifth season is expected to debut approximately at the start of the new year. Upon its arrival, fans will be compensated for their dedication during Season 4. However, there’s a minor adjustment in rewards for those who qualify for the Emerald status.
The Finals Season 4 ranked rewards change
On the Finals Discord, Embark Oscar announced that players who manage to reach the Emerald level during Season 4 will receive their ranked rewards.
