Anand Tucker, who is known for directing “Hilary and Jackie,” leads the film’s production. The screenplay was penned by Patrick Marber, a talented writer behind “Closer” and “Notes on a Scandal.” The cast includes Sir Ian McKellen, joined by Gemma Arterton (“Prince of Persia,” “Byzantium”), Mark Strong (“Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy”), Ben Barnes (“Shadow and Bone”), Alfred Enoch (“Harry Potter”), Romola Garai (“One Life”), and Lesley Manville (“Phantom Thread”).
