In a recent conversation, Cuoco affectionately recalled her time on The Big Bang Theory and stated that she would definitely reprise her role as Penny if given the opportunity. Prior to The Big Bang Theory, Cuoco had roles in shows like CBS’ Ladies Man and ABC’s 8 Simple Rules, as well as films such as Virtuosity (1995) and Growing Up Brady (2000). The Big Bang Theory catapulted her to television stardom.
For 12 years, that role defined my career; it was a tremendous boost. I’m deeply grateful to that character, the show, and Chuck Lorre for it. Those years were among the best and most enjoyable times in my life,” Cuoco shared with People.
In simpler terms, the actress who plays The Flight Attendant said, “I’d definitely play that role again. I adore that character, and I always will.
The popular TV series “The Big Bang Theory” debuted in 2009, eventually gaining immense popularity during its later seasons. At present, this show has led to three spin-offs being produced. In addition to the two that have already been aired, there’s another one in development featuring Stuart Bloom (played by Kevin Sussman), Bert Kibbler (portrayed by Brian Posehn), and Denise (played by Lauren Lapkus) from the main show. As the franchise grows, it is speculated that Kaley Cuoco might reprise her role as Penny in future developments.
