The 4:30 Movie Trailer Previews Kevin Smith’s Newest Teen Comedy

As a huge fan of Kevin Smith and his unique brand of storytelling, I couldn’t contain my excitement when I first heard about “The 4:30 Movie“! The nostalgic setting alone, with the film being set in the summer of 1986, instantly transported me back to my own teenage years.

Kevin Smith’s latest coming-of-age comedy, “The 4:30 Movie,” which is produced by Saban Films, has been unveiled with its trailer. The movie is set to hit theaters on September 13, 2024.

In the sweltering summer of 1986, I and my two fifteen-year-old pals would secretly slip into the local cinema every Saturday. The synopsis goes on to describe how one of us harbored a crush on a girl and invited her over to watch an R-rated movie. But as fate would have it, things didn’t go as planned! A pompous theater manager and some teenage rivalries threw wrenches into our schemes, resulting in a rollercoaster ride of chaos and hilarity.
