The narrative of “Peaceful Property” revolves around New Home, the heir of a rich family, who leads a leisurely existence. His tranquil life is disrupted when his grandfather passes away, compelling him to return to Thailand to claim his inheritance. However, the properties he inherits are allegedly haunted and cannot be sold. Conversely, Peach (Tay) is a chef whose life took an unexpected turn following a tragic accident. He gained the ability to see spirits. Home and Peach cross paths when the latter attends a housewarming party filled with ghosts. After a video of the event goes viral, Home asks Peach to take charge by performing an exorcism on the premises.
