As a hardcore horror fan with an unquenchable thirst for all things terrifying, I must say, this Terrifier 3 popcorn bucket announcement has sent chills down my spine! Ever since the first film left me sleepless nights and the sequel had me on the edge of my seat, I’ve been eagerly awaiting the return of Art the Clown.
Cinemark Theatres has unveiled the first look at a Terrifier 3 popcorn bucket.
The third installment of “Terrifier,” directed by Damien Leone, is set to hit US theaters this October. This follows “Terrifier” from 2016 and “Terrifier 2” from 2022. David Howard Thornton will once again play Art the Clown, with Lauren LaVera also returning in her role as Sienna Shaw.
This year, a group of Terrifier enthusiasts initiated an online campaign aiming to produce a special popcorn container for the upcoming horror movie sequel. You can find and support this campaign by clicking here. The petition managed to garner around 14,850 signatures.
On X, Cinemark Theatres revealed an initial glimpse of a novel Art the Clown-inspired popcorn container, available for pre-order from September 18, 2024. Check out the first look here:

AMC Theatres is also making a Terrifier 3 popcorn bucket
In their latest press announcement, AMC Theatres unveiled plans to sell a special collection of “Terrifier 3 merchandise trucks” during the Halloween season, which can be found at AMC venues.
At this point, AMC Theatres hasn’t revealed the design of the popcorn bucket for Terrifier 3. We’ll have additional information closer to the film’s premiere.
Rob Bennett, head of food and beverage product strategy at AMC Theatres, noted that the enthusiasm among fans for a Terrifier popcorn container was immense, and this presented an excellent chance for us to connect more deeply with them. Understanding moviegoers’ preferences and providing items they’ll appreciate and enjoy is fundamental to our operations.
The synopsis for Terrifier 3 reads, “Art the Clown is set to unleash chaos on the unsuspecting residents of Miles County as they peacefully drift off to sleep on Christmas Eve,” the synopsis reads.”
Additionally, the movie features actors like Samantha Scaffidi, Chris Jericho, Daniel Roebuck, Tom Savini, Jason Patric, Clint Howard, among others.
Terrifier 3 will be released in United States theaters on October 11, 2024, from Cineverse.
