As a longtime fan of this particular animated series, I’m thrilled to learn that we’ll be meeting Bishop and RoRod, the new adversaries, in an upcoming spin-off. Their voices will be brought to life by the talented Alanna Ubach and Pete Davidson, respectively. In the promo clip, Bishop proudly reveals her latest creation: formidable robots designed to eliminate mutants, whom she believes pose a grave threat to humanity. Having followed the development of this universe for years, I can’t help but be intrigued by this new addition. The 12-episode series is set to premiere on August 9, and I’m eagerly anticipating the opportunity to witness these fresh conflicts unfold.
The animated series “Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” is a follow-up to the 2023 movie “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem.” This show brings back the colorful characters from the film, with Micah Abbey voicing Donatello, Shamon Brown Jr. as Michelangelo, Nicolas Cantu as Leonardo, Brady Noon as Raphael, Ayo Edebiri as April O’Neil, and Rose Byrne as Leatherhead. New additions to the voice cast include Timothy Olyphant as Goldfin, Danny Trejo as Pigeon Pete, Christopher Mintz-Plasse as Lee the Eel, and Jillian Bell as Mustang Sally.
