In the picturesque setting of Bywater, players will form friendships, prepare meals, and embark on adventures to aid the Hobbits in turning their small settlement into an official village within the Shire.

At the onset of a young Hobbit’s adventure, they are equipped with essential living spaces such as a bedroom, a lounge, and a kitchen. Over time, they can grow their dwelling and accumulate resources for activities like fishing, gathering food, gardening, and trading. Bywater offers numerous stores where you can purchase goods like ingredients or decorations for your home. A vendor named Old Noakes is known to assist in discovering hidden fishing spots.

Preparing food appears to be a significant aspect of Tales from the Shire. Besides fulfilling the Hobbits’ appetite, it also strengthens relationships within the Bywater community. The Hobbits can entertain their guests with thoughtfully made dishes that involve several stages of preparation.
