In response to Shannon Sharpe‘s questionable remarks, alternative R&B star SZA, known for her iconic status in the industry, has spoken out. During an interview, Sharpe brought up the topic of SZA’s choice to have Brazilian butt lift surgery (BBL), leading SZA to respond with a statement.

In a recent episode of his Club Shay Shay podcast, three-time Super Bowl winner Shannon Sharpe had a conversation with singer/actress Coco Jones about various topics such as dating, Disney, Lil Wayne, and more. Among these discussions, they touched upon the topic of SZA’s BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift), expressing their opinions on this subject.
Jones tactfully addressed Sharpe’s question about SZA without directly mentioning her name. However, his initial query sparked controversy. In response, SZA, the music artist, playfully yet critically commented on Shannon Sharpe’s post on Instagram.
In a previous interview, it’s worth mentioning that SZA had voiced worries about the consequences of her BBL surgery, before Shannon Sharpe became involved in the discussion. Last year, when talking to British Vogue, she admitted gaining weight due to immobility during recovery and trying to maintain fat for the procedure. She called it a foolish move, but also expressed gratitude for her new figure at the end.
