The much-anticipated film finally kicked off today, May 19, with a prayer ceremony. The whole crew, including Suriya, Venky Atluri, GV Prakash, and others, were present at the event. Online videos reveal Mamitha Baiju standing with Suriya at a pooja event. Contrary to whispers suggesting Bhagyashri Borse as the female lead, it seems she won’t be. In simpler terms, Suriya announced that his upcoming film will be shot in Hyderabad, starting from May, and he’s excited because many fans have been eagerly anticipating this project, as it will be his next Tamil movie alongside Venky.
Currently, it’s being rumored that Vijay Deverakonda might be cast opposite Suriya in Suriya 46. His recent appearance at the Retro pre-release event in Hyderabad could hint at this collaboration, although neither the actor nor the production team have confirmed these reports as of yet.
