He stated that while this next project isn’t a direct sequel to a Superman film, Superman plays a significant role in it. Fear not, fans, as this new movie won’t be another “Batman vs. Superman” tale.
Gunn emphasized that Superman is crucial and stressed that it’s not about a battle between Superman and Batman. Furthermore, he clarified that the upcoming movie won’t follow the pattern of ‘World’s Finest’ with Batman being part of it.
