Suicune, Alolan Raichu and Alcremie coming to Pokemon Unite in 2025

In the ever-growing Pokemon universe, there’s exciting news for the MOBA spinoff, Pokemon Unite. This week, it was announced that the free-to-play game will soon introduce three new playable characters: Suicune, Alolan Raichu, and Alcremie. These new additions are scheduled to roll out in the coming months, with Suicune expected to debut in March.

During the Pokemon Presents in February 2025, updates about Pokemon Unite were unveiled. It seems that all three characters – Suicune, Alolan Raichu, and Alcremie – are slated for release predominantly during the spring season of 2025. Specifically, players will be able to play as Suicune starting March 1, 2025. Afterward, Alolan Raichu will join the game on April 1, 2025. As for Alcremie, we’ll have to wait for further announcements to learn its release date.

The trio of characters – Suicune, Alolan Raichu, and Pikachu – could serve as engaging enhancements to Pokemon Unite. While Suicune enjoys a high level of fan recognition, Alolan Raichu presents an intriguing possibility. Unlike in the game, Pikachu doesn’t evolve into Raichu during matches within Pokemon Unite. This separate evolution and variant availability for both Raichu and Alolan Raichu is a unique feature, similar to many of the Eevee evolutions, where they don’t necessarily need to be in their previous forms to undergo an evolution.

After verifying all three key figures, keep an eye out for additional news regarding Pokemon Unite and various games and media within the Pokemon universe under the same theme. Stay connected for further details!
