SHIFT UP is set to launch a follow-up to the popular game “Stellar Blade” titled as yet, and they’re also working on a new action RPG named “Project Witches,” both expected by 2027. These games are part of SHIFT UP’s strategy for expanding their intellectual properties and game portfolio, which includes the multiplayer game “Goddess of Victory: NIKKE.
Information regarding the sequel to “Stellar Blade” remains undisclosed, however, it’s clear that “Project Witches” is categorized as an “AAA urban sci-fi action RPG.” This upcoming title will be compatible across various platforms including consoles, personal computers, and mobile devices. Notably, “Project Witches” is constructed using the Unreal Engine.
The action game titled “Stellar Blade” is set to arrive on PC via Steam on June 11th. Additionally, a comprehensive “Stellar Blade Complete Edition” will be accessible for both PlayStation 5 and PC (Steam) platforms. The “Stellar Blade Complete Edition” includes the main game, the Twin Expansion Pack featuring NieR: Automata and Goddess of Victory: NIKKE DLC, a CD-key for a “Stellar Blade” costume in the mobile game “Goddess of Victory: NIKKE,” fluffy bear drone cosmetics, and the Planet Diving Suit (Captain) for Eve.
Stellar Blade on PC includes support for NVIDIA’s DLSS 4 and AMD’s FSR 3, allowing for high frame rates, ultrawide display compatibility, Japanese and Chinese voice-overs, DualSense controller compatibility, a new boss battle, 25 fresh costumes, and enhanced environment textures. With Multi Frame Generation in DLSS 4, the game can run exceptionally smoothly on PC, even at very high frame rates. This technology additionally lets players enjoy the game in higher resolutions, such as 4K, while preserving a smooth 60 FPS or more.
