This might seem peculiar given the game’s action-packed nature, but it provides a fun twist. There are numerous fish in Stellar Blade, and you can reap substantial rewards by catching them.

Fishing in Stellar Blade
As your journey unfolds, you’ll encounter a vast expanse known as the Grand Desert. In this arid territory, you’ll run into a character named Cylde who will instruct you on the fundamentals of fishing. Notably, Cylde is also a vendor for fishing bait and provides valuable information about angling.

How To Catch a Fish in Stellar Blade
Once you get the fishing rod from Cylde, head to a body of water and follow these steps:
- Equip the fishing rod by pressing down on the D-Pad.
- Again press the down button on the D-Pad to choose the desired bait.
- Flick the Left Analog Stick to cast the rod.
- As soon as the fish is hooked, press R2 to start the fishing mini-game.
- Tap the Square button repeatedly while moving in the opposite direction of the fish.
- Press R2 with the required force to keep the meter at the blue bar.
- Repeat this process, and finally press Triangle to complete the fishing process.
