Creators Jon Watts and Christopher Ford, responsible for Star Wars: Skeleton Crew, are brainstorming concepts for a possible second season.
As a dedicated gamer, I’ve been eagerly diving into the new Star Wars series, “Star Wars: Skeleton Crew,” which debuted on Disney+ in December with its first two episodes. Each week since then, new episodes have kept me on the edge of my seat, and tonight, I can hardly wait for the season finale to drop!
In a conversation with TechRadar, Watts and Ford pondered the possibility of carrying on the Star Wars series with Jude Law in the main role, if Disney and Lucasfilm officially approve Season 2 of Skeleton Crew.
What did Jon Watts and Christopher Ford say about Star Wars: Skeleton Crew Season 2?
Absolutely, our aim was to ensure that the start, continuation, and conclusion of this season were all fulfilling. However, should viewers express interest in seeing more episodes of Skeleton Crew, we would certainly consider producing more.
Ford commented, “We’re hoping for another season. We’ve brainstormed several ideas, so don’t count us out just yet.
Speaking about the possible direction for Star Wars: Skeleton Crew Season 2, Watts expressed his enthusiasm, saying, “It’s intriguing to contemplate. So far, we’ve primarily been concentrating on this tale, but there’s always a possibility that the kids could encounter some unexpected characters in the future.
Ford explained, “It’s fascinating that these characters are played by real child actors. As they mature, we can tell a story about their journey and how they discover their role in the galaxy.
In the series Skeleton Crew, Ravi Cabot-Conyers plays Wim, Ryan Kiera Armstrong portrays Fern, Kyriana Kratter takes on the role of KB, Robert Timothy Smith voices Neel, Nick Frost provides the voice for SM-33, Kerry Condon voices Fara, Tunde Adebimpe acts as Wendle, Alia Shawkat voices Kh’ymm, Hala Finley plays Hayna, Fred Tatasciore voices Brutus, and many others join the cast.
The first seven episodes of Skeleton Crew are now streaming on Disney+.
