When is the Standing on the Shoulders of Kitties release date?

On December 6, 2024, the movie ‘Standing on the Shoulders of Kitties: The Bubbles and the Shitrockers Story’ is set to hit theaters across the U.S., including cities like Los Angeles and New York. This is the fourth film in the Trailer Park Boys series, and it’s the first one released since the show concluded in 2018.

As a die-hard fan of Bubbles’ band, ‘The Shitrockers,’ I couldn’t contain my excitement when a viral video catapulted them into opening for Billy Bob Thornton and the Boxmasters across Europe. With Randy as our roadie, we embarked on this incredible journey, landing in Prague. However, things took a turn when we were unceremoniously booted off the tour. Now, I’m hoping that Ricky and Julian can swoop in and save the day!

This movie is helmed by Charlie Lightening, who also penned the script along with Mike Smith. The main actors in this production are Mike Smith, Robb Wells, JP Tremblay, Pat Roach, Ronnie Wood, Billy Bob Thornton, Martin Freeman, and Robert Sheehan. Interestingly, in reality, Mike Smith is part of a band called Bubbles and The Shitrockers, who are planning to launch a new 14-track album this fall.
