As we near the final stages, the Snapdragon Pro Series (SPS) Mobile Masters 2025 for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) promises a thrilling finale with only two teams remaining.
The Snapdragon Pro Series (SPS) Mobile Masters 2025 for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) is gearing up for an exciting finish, as only two teams are left to compete.
However, reaching the Grand Final wasn’t at all straightforward. Regional rivalries flared up fiercely, redemption stories unfolded dramatically, and strategic masterpieces were displayed, making the Playoffs some of the most thrilling moments of the entire competition to date.
Quarterfinals: Familiar Faces, Unexpected Results
The Quarterfinals got underway with a heated confrontation between Team Falcons and Bigetron Alpha. Previously known as the “PH Team Slayers” during SPS Season 3, Bigetron seemed poised to bring back their scrappy spirit following their unexpected qualification for this round.

However, this occasion, the magic fizzled out. Despite brief glimmers of potential, a series of expensive blunders, notably from Anavel, placed the Indonesian team in a challenging position. Team Falcons PH seized every chance and clinched the match decisively with a 3-1 win.
Across the bracket, teams ONIC Esports and Team Liquid ID renewed their long-standing competition. Historically, these two groups have clashed twice before in SPS history, with both teams claiming a victory apiece.

In Game 1, the liquid dominated with superior map management, but ONIC Esports retaliated in Game 2. However, Team Liquid swiftly closed off any further advancements by ONIC in subsequent matches, ultimately ending the series with a 3-1 win and eliminating ONIC from the tournament.
Semifinals: Rivalries Between Teams Ignite
Two highly appetizing confrontations took place during the Semifinals. Firstly, we had an intriguing Filipino showdown between teams ONIC PH and Team Falcons. The Grand Final position was at stake in this encounter, and both squads brought their A-game. Team Falcons initiated with aggressive early moves. However, ONIC PH remained composed and outsmarted their rivals through strategic positioning.
The outcome clearly favored ONIC PH with a convincing 3-1 victory, propelling them towards another global championship and reaffirming their status as one of the world’s elite teams.
In an exciting clash between powerhouses, RRQ Hoshi and Team Liquid ID faced off, each with a rich past. Notably, Team Liquid ID had managed to eliminate RRQ Hoshi during MPL ID Season 14 and the M6 World Championship.
In Game 1, I was rooting for TLID, but it seemed like RRQ had other plans. They showcased an unstoppable force, clinching a 3-1 victory! The decisive moment came when Dyrennn delivered a remarkable double kill, securing the win for his team!

On this occasion, RRQ Hoshi embarked on a task. With swift pace and precision, they demolished Team Liquid ID in a clash that concluded within 14 minutes. The final score of 3-1 in favor of RRQ Hoshi not only rectified their previous defeats but also safeguarded their undefeated streak at the SPS Mobile Masters 2025 tournament.
The Road to the Grand Final — Who Will Come Out on Top?
Only two teams remain as we head into the Grand Final: ONIC PH and RRQ Hoshi.
Over the past period, ONIC PH has showcased remarkable consistency on international platforms. They’ve clinched the title at M6 World Championship, won Season 6’s SPS Mobile Challenge Finals in the Asia-Pacific region, and most recently, they’ve made it to the Grand Final of SPS Mobile Masters 2025.
Despite encountering some hiccups during their MPL PH S15 regular season, the local squad has significantly adjusted their strategy, staying competitive in this tournament. With creative hero pairings, such as Kalea and Luo Yi, and a bold yet measured playstyle, they appear to be the team to watch and potentially dethrone others.
Conversely, RRQ Hoshi proves to be a formidable opponent indeed. They’ve managed an unbeaten streak throughout both the Group Stage and Playoffs of the tournament, which has definitely caught people’s attention. It’s worth noting that this is only their second international competition, yet they’ve already defeated strong teams like Team Liquid ID.
This team’s relentless approach and exceptional collaboration make them one of the most threatening groups in the competition. They previously bested ONIC PH, during Season 6’s SPS Open Finals. Now, they stand poised to repeat that victory – this time with a significant title up for grabs in the final round.
As a passionate gamer, I’m pumped for the ultimate face-off between ONIC PH and RRQ Hoshi in the Grand Final of the SPS Mobile Masters 2025! It’s not just about two nations, but two giants clashing. The unwavering consistency of ONIC PH versus the relentless hunger of RRQ Hoshi – only one can claim the coveted trophy when the battle dust settles. Let’s see who rises above the competition!
