What happens in the Spin the Bottle trailer?
In simpler terms, the Spin the Bottle trailer follows a group of friends entering a home with a tragic past, intending to enjoy a harmless game of Spin the Bottle. However, their innocent fun inadvertently stirs up a malevolent spirit that haunts and terrorizes them throughout the rest of the story.
In a house notorious for a gruesome massacre, a gaggle of companions unwittingly summon an ominous entity while playing ‘spin the bottle.’ As they meet their demise in chilling manners, the remaining survivors are compelled to band together and expose the dwelling’s sinister past to halt the carnage.
In addition to Long and Larter, the cast of Spin the Bottle includes Tanner Stine, Kaylee Kaneshiro, Tony Amendola, Ryan Whitney, Hal Cumpston, Angela Halili, and Samantha Cormier.
As a devoted admirer, I’m thrilled to share that this movie is masterfully directed by Gavin Wiesen, who has previously brought us 2011’s The Art of Getting By and 2017’s All Nighter. The brilliant script was penned by John Cregan. The film’s production team includes Kyle Hayes, Will Hayes, Christopher Barish, and Jim Valdez as producers, while Merilee Holt, Harrison Kordestani, and Weissen serve as executive producers. Scot Ruggles and Drake Booth have taken on the roles of co-producers in this production.
Long has had a long history with horror films, having acted in several genre movies like “Jeepers Creepers” (2001), “Drag Me to Hell” (2009), “Tusk” (2014), “Barbarian” (2022), and “It’s a Wonderful Knife” (2023). He also collaborated on writing and directing a segment in “V/H/S/ Beyond,” set to premiere on Shudder on October 4, 2024.
Spin the Bottle will be available to purchase on digital streaming outlets on October 4, 2024.
