Republic Pictures has unveiled the official trailer for their upcoming suspense thriller “Trust”, starring Emmy nominee Sophie Turner, who’s back in the spotlight after her role in 2022’s Survive with Corey Hawkins. The movie will hit some theaters on August 22, 2025.

As a gamer, I’d put it this way: “Following a scandalous incident, a renowned actress (Turner) finds herself isolated in a secluded cabin, far from the glitz and glamour of Hollywood. However, solitude isn’t her only companion – a twisted game of survival awaits her, orchestrated by the person she thought was her ally. Hiding is an option, but running seems impossible.

What happens in the Trust trailer?

In this video, Turner, an actress well-known in TV for many years, seeks solitude away from the chaos of Hollywood following a scandal. Instead of tranquility, she experiences an unexpected intrusion at her new location. Alongside Turner are Rhys Coiro, Billy Campbell, Peter Mensah, Forrest Goodluck, Gianni Paolo, Renata Vaca, and Katey Sagal.
