At this week’s Sony State of Play event, they unveiled a fresh trailer for “Sonic X Shadow Generations”. The trailer highlighted Downloadable Content (DLC) that incorporates a new stage influenced by Sonic the Hedgehog 3, and interestingly, it will include the voice acting talents of Keanu Reeves.
What is the Sonic x Shadow Generations DLC?
On December 12, 2024, the Sonic the Hedgehog 3 Movie Pack DLC goes live! This extra content will be accessible not just on its release date, but also for those who preorder the game as part of the Digital Deluxe edition. The DLC includes a fresh level modeled after the upcoming movie and boasts the voice talent of Keanu Reeves, who’s playing Shadow in the film.
On December 20, 2024, you’ll be able to watch Sonic the Hedgehog 3 in theaters, while the video game titled Sonic x Shadow Generations is scheduled for release on various platforms – PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC – on October 25, 2024.
Experience a fresh narrative campaign starring Shadow the Hedgehog, showcasing unique skills and reasons behind his title as the Ultimate Life Form. Additionally, Sonic X Shadow Generations offers a fully remastered version of the original hit game Sonic Generations, boasting revamped graphics for classic 2D and 3D stages, new visual enhancements, and additional bonus content.
The game is an improved, updated version of Sonic Generations from 2011, offering fresh collectibles, additional bonus content, and more, such as improved graphics and cinematics.
