The streaming service Crunchyroll has revealed that the U.S. will see the theatrical premiere of the Solo Leveling -ReAwakening- movie, slated for release soon. This announcement follows Crunchyroll securing the North American and certain international theaters rights for this recap film based on the anime series’ first season.

The film adaptation of “Solo Leveling -ReAwakening-” is set to hit U.S. and Canadian cinemas on December 6, 2024. This movie promises a thrilling experience for fans, offering an exclusive preview of the initial two episodes of “Solo Leveling Season 2”, which is slated to premiere in January 2025.
Drawing inspiration from Chugong’s popular Korean webtoon, the anime adaptation is helmed by ShunsuKe Nakashige as director. The musical aspects are overseen by Hiroyuki Sawano, known for his work in Attack on Titan, along with the South Korean boy band TOMORROW X TOGETHER. Character designs are credited to Tomoko Sudo, while Hirotaka Tokuda is responsible for the monstrous creatures depicted.
