As a seasoned gamer with a soft spot for Disney classics, I must admit that seeing Gal Gadot as the Evil Queen in the upcoming live-action Snow White remake has me all aflutter! With my gaming reflexes honed by countless hours battling digital villains, I can’t wait to see her bring this iconic role to life.

At D23, Disney unveiled the initial glimpse of Gal Gadot portraying the wicked queen in the upcoming live-action reboot of Snow White, due to hit US cinemas on March 21, 2025.

Disney’s upcoming live-action film, a modern take on Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, is rooted in their initial animated masterpiece from nearly a century ago that kickstarted Disney’s dominance in animation. This timeless tale, in turn, was influenced by the Brothers Grimm’s 1812 German fairy story.

As a longtime Disney fan, I am thrilled to see their upcoming live-action projects, such as Moana, Hercules, Lilo & Stitch, and Bambi. Growing up, these stories were a big part of my childhood, and they hold a special place in my heart. I can’t wait to see how these beloved tales are brought to life on the big screen once again, this time with live-action elements. It will be an exciting experience to watch my cherished memories unfold in a new way!
